PS4 pro remote play looks bad on PC with 1080p So I'm testing this for the first time, to play some games on my PC while my wife watches on the big screen. I have a very beefy pc and connected the ps4 and my pc wired on the network. Launch Remote Play. Once loaded, click on Settings in the lower-left corner. Under Video Quality for Remote Play use the resolution drop down menu to select High (720p), or Best (1080p), depending on what quality you would prefer. Click OK to save the change. Terms of Use; PlayStation.com © 2020 Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. Thanks to the PS4 Pro we can now do remote playing at 1080p 60FPS. In video I show how it works and share my experience so far while playing Call Of Duty: In.
PS4 Remote Play is a free application which effectively allows you to play and stream your PlayStation 4 games remotely on an iPhone, Android phone, tablet or iPad and in the case of PS Remote Play for PC, on a Windows computer.
With this application, you can link controllers to your device and play the games that are you have installed on your PlayStation 4 console. You have the option of using a touchscreen, keyboard or a connected joystick or controller, too.
Getting the application up, running and linked to your console is not a complicated task. You should first access the settings on the console and follow the directions once you have navigated to 'Remote Play Connection Settings'. From there, adding a device should be as easy as using a connection code that the console has provided.
Other settings about the quality of games being played can be managed; standard options include the resolution and the frame rate. These can be changed depending on your connection speed. It supports 360p, 540p, 720p or 1080p.
All in all, the remote play capabilities of Sony PS consoles has improved a lot from the initial attempts with PS3. This application supports both PS4 and PS5 consoles.
